Spinal Energetics works directly with these layers to gently release emotional blocks, old patterns, and stored tension. It’s not about fixing, it’s about remembering. Your body already knows what to do.
This work is for anyone ready to go deeper, to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with their true self, and feel more clarity, flow, and alignment in life, business, and beyond.
Blending Eastern and Western approaches, my sessions combine energy work, somatic awareness, and coaching to guide you back to your natural blueprint, who you were before the world told you otherwise.

Spinal Energetics is a gentle, intuitive method that works with your spine, breath, and energetic field. Through light contact or energetic interaction (even online), your body is invited to release stored tension and trauma.
Each session is unique - your body leads the way. Movement, emotion, or sensation may arise as the body begins to shift and self-regulate. You remain fully clothed and conscious, and nothing is ever forced.

Each session begins with a gentle check-in to help you arrive and feel grounded. We’ll take a few moments to explore where you’re at, my work as both an energy practitioner and holistic coach allows me to get a broader sense of your system and your story.
From there, you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table, usually face down, and I’ll begin the energetic process, often starting with light contact at the neck or base of the spine.
Using a combination of subtle touch, energetic contact, and sound, I work with your nervous system and energetic field to invite movement, release, and reconnection. Your role is simply to relax, tune in, and stay present with whatever arises sensations, emotions, or subtle movements.
This work engages the body as a gateway to deeper healing. As your system begins to release stored tension, stagnant energy, or old stories, you may experience anything from quiet stillness to spontaneous movement or intense emotional release. Each session is unique, and I’ll be there to gently guide and support you throughout.
We always close with integration - a few moments of stillness to help anchor the shifts and allow your system to settle.
Online Sessions
Remote sessions follow the same flow, but without physical contact. After booking, you’ll receive a Zoom link.
Please find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down, a yoga mat, bed, or sofa works well. Ideally, lie on your back and position your camera so I can see your whole body on screen (if you are on a phone please make sure your phone is horizontal) . Keep your audio on so we can stay connected throughout.

There’s no right or wrong way to show up - come as you are. But here are a few things that can help you get the most from your session:
Hydrate well on the day of your session and afterwards. Water supports your body in processing and integrating energetic shifts.
Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before and after your session.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session.
Set an intention. Take a some time to tune in and ask: What am I ready to release? What do I want to invite in? This doesn’t need to be perfect, just a felt sense of what you’re open to.
Arrive a few minutes early if you're coming in person, or give yourself a few moments to settle if you're joining online. If you haven’t used Zoom before, it’s a good idea to test it ahead of time.
Give yourself space afterwards physically and emotionally. If possible, avoid scheduling anything intense or demanding right after. A gentle walk, journaling, or rest can help support integration.

Everyone integrates this work differently — your body and energy will respond in their own time and way. It’s all part of the process.
You may feel lighter, more grounded, emotional, tired, energised, or have a sense of clarity or release. All of it is valid.
Many people experience:
A need for rest — allow yourself to slow down if needed
Emotional waves, tears, or a sense of spaciousness
Vivid dreams or insights surfacing
Physical sensations such as headaches, fatigue, or increased sensitivity
Allow up to four days for integration — this is when your system continues to process and shift beneath the surface. Trust what unfolds and take care of yourself during this time. Hydrate, nourish your body, and give yourself moments of stillness where possible.

This can vary, but generally, a single session can offer powerful insights and relief, while lasting transformation happens gradually. I usually recommend starting with a minimum of three sessions. There’s no pressure to book them all at once — you can purchase a package or book sessions individually.
To allow your body and energy the necessary time to fully integrate the shifts, it’s best to wait about two weeks between sessions, especially early on.
As you progress, sessions can be scheduled regularly to align with your evolving goals and intentions.

Diagnosed severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Use of medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (e.g. antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, antipsychotics)
Recent surgeries, fractures, or physical injuries
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Aneurysms or family history of aneurysms
Serious cardiovascular or heart conditions
Severe asthma
Psychiatric hospitalization, emotional crises, or spiritual emergencies in the last 3 years
Any condition that might affect your ability to safely engage in deep emotional or physical release work
