Deep Knowing

I believe we all have a deep ‘knowing’ of what we are called to do in life.

But, we bury it, until we can’t ignore it anymore. We spend so much time trying to control ourselves and we censor our dreams and desires, that we forget that it is an option to trust ourselves.

We live inline with the world's expectations, and then one day, we think..

“Did I actually choose this life?”

And when that thought pops into your head once, it's probably going to keep on coming up until you pay attention to it.

When you trust yourself and start to pay attention to the ‘knowing’ and let yourself explore your dreams and imagination, your life will begin to transform. It can be fun, but also bloody scary.

Sometimes you need to unbecome what you are, so you can become the next truest version of yourself.
This means letting go of the shit that is no longer serving you.

In most cases it's unlikely that you’ll be able to build the life and business that you truly desire without upsetting a few apple carts along the way. This is the main reason we ignore that pull or that deep ‘knowing’, because we are afraid that we will upset other people or know that we will have to deconstruct parts of our lives that are no longer inline with our new vision for our lives. And it’s true, we probably will.

This where you have a choice.
You ignore the knowing and keep on doing what you’re doing or you dare to dream and allow yourself to listen to the ‘knowing’ which will result in a truer more joyful life.
Both of these options will cause you to feel discomfort-
The discomfort of ignoring your desires or the discomfort of growing, changing things up, letting go of things that are no longer serving you.

If you feel like a square peg in a round hole it’s likely because you are not living your truth.
When we comply with social and cultural expectations that don't feel inline with our true beliefs and desires we end up feeling disconnected, because we are abandoning ourselves.

We are not supposed to be the same as everyone else and remember there is no right or wrong way to live, allow yourself to imagine a new reality and see what you feel compelled to do.

Many of us are looking outside of ourselves for the answers,  but what happens when you look inward and ask yourself what do I want to my life to look like and what do I want to become?

Make a conscious choice about how you want to live, when we do this it makes it easier to let go of all the shit that is no longer serving us.

If you want to learn how to tune into yourself and start living into your truth, I can help you! Book you’re free mini session here
